A cigarette filter rod making machine is fully automatic industrial equipment for tobacco factories. Its main raw material is cellulose acetate tow.
First, it stretches and softens fiber bundles evenly, then sprays glue, wraps filter paper around the fibers, shapes long filter strips, and finally cuts them into standard short filter rods.
This machine runs stably with high speed. It can make filter rods of different lengths and diameters to match various cigarette sizes. Finished filter rods will be sent to cigarette assembly machines to connect with tobacco rods.
