HLP2 Cigarette Packing Machine is used to pack cigarettes into packets.(This model is also called as HLP 180 cigarette packing machine) It is a well developed technology and are widely used in the cigarette factories all over the world. According to the customer's requirements, the machine has a wide working range like packing different numbers of cigarettes into one pack, such as 10's, 12's, 16's, 20's, 25's; different cigarette diameters and lengths such as 7.8*84mm, 7.8*100mm, 6.2*84mm, 5.4*100mm, 5.4*84mm; different packet forms and shapes such as square pack, round corner pack, bevel edge pack, shell&slide pack. In one word, we make machines according to customer's specific request.

HLP2 automatic cigarette packing machine has been widely used in cigarette industry for a few decades. In 1980S, China Tobacco Monopoly imported the production technologies of HLP 2 cigarette packing line and the related patents from Europe.

HLP2 Cigarette Packing Machine consist of bellow 5 parts:
•YB43 Packer
•Stamper
•YB59 Wrapper
•YB69 Cartoner
•YB99 Overwrapper.

It consists of hinged-lid packet packer, stamper, packet film wrapper, cartoner, and carton film overwrapper, and it can automatically perform the operation of hinged-lid packet packing, stamping, packet film wrapping, carton packing and carton film overwrapping.

This packing line is mainly composed for four single machines: YB43A Cardboard Packet Packing Machine, YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine, YB69A Carton Packing Machine and YB99 Carton Film Packing Machine (Coupon Insert Unit and YTB Tax Mark Sticking Unit are optional)

This product is used for hard packet carton packing of cigarettes with length of 84~100mm with different diameters, and in different arrangements (10’s in 5-5, 12’s in 6-6, 16’s in 8-8, and 20’s in 7-6-7 or 10-10 arrangements).

•It has features of slow starting, automatic protecting, automatic detecting, ejecting and failure indicating, easy operation, and convenient maintenance, which makes it and ideal cigarettes packing unit for small and medium size cigarette factory.

YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine is used for wrapping of cigarette packets with BOPP film, so as to keep the moisture content of cigarette unchanged and cigarette flavor fresh inside the packet, A tear tape is also winded around the BOPP film for easy opening of packet.
