Complete cigarette production line layout（MK8 + HLP180 packing)

A standalone cigarette making machine cannot finish the whole manufacturing workflow. A mature tobacco factory needs both forming equipment and automatic end‑of‑line packaging equipment. The popular turn‑key configuration is pairing MK8 cigarette making host with HLP180 high‑speed automatic cigarette packing machine. This combination covers cigarette forming, conveying and final carton packing. In this article we share typical workshop layout, connection method, capacity matching and key points when purchasing this combined line. We can customize layout drawing according to your factory dimension.
