HLP2 Cigarette Packing Machine consist of bellow 5 parts:

It consists of hinged-lid packet packer, stamper, packet film wrapper, cartoner, and carton film overwrapper, and it can automatically perform the operation of hinged-lid packet packing, stamping, packet film wrapping, carton packing and carton film overwrapping.
This packing line is mainly composed for four single machines: YB43A Cardboard Packet Packing Machine, YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine, YB69A Carton Packing Machine and YB99 Carton Film Packing Machine (Coupon Insert Unit and YTB Tax Mark Sticking Unit are optional)

This product is used for hard packet carton packing of cigarettes with length of 84~100mm with different diameters, and in different arrangements (10’s in 5-5, 12’s in 6-6, 16’s in 8-8, and 20’s in 7-6-7 or 10-10 arrangements).
Features:
•It has features of slow starting, automatic protecting, automatic detecting, ejecting and failure indicating, easy operation, and convenient maintenance, which makes it and ideal cigarettes packing unit for small and medium size cigarette factory.

Model ZJ17, a high-speed cigarette making and filter assembling machine group, is made under introducing the technology of PROTOS 70 from Hauni Maschinebau AG Germany by China National Tobacco Corporation, in the way of Technology-Trade combined cooperation in 1992. This product is for making filter cigarette with different diameter and length. It consists of tobacco rod maker, filter assembler, and tray loader. It can be linked with down stream cigarette packer by tray loader and tray unloader, or it can be directly linked with cigarette packer by link-up system.
High quality of cigarette output: it has functions of filter missing detection, air leakage inspection and loose-end detection to ensure qualified cigarette output.
Complete trouble shooting system: it has function of fault alarm, fault displaying and fault diagnosis which can help shooting the trouble effectively.
Prefect cigarette weight control system: by adopting microwave weight control system, it can control cigarette weight precisely and thus save cut-tobacco consumption.

MK9 commercial Cigarette Making Machine
Mark 9 cigarette making machine is called ZJ114 in China. The production technology and related patents were introduced into China in 1990s. The full production combination is consists of cigarette making part, plugged filter assembling part and tray filler. The machine could be tailored for different diameters and lengths of cigarettes.
